New Construction
January 9, 2012— Beth James
Dear Rick,
I want to tell you what a pleasure it was to work with you on the many projects around my home. Your professionalism and attention to detail was unlike any experience I have had to date. Your employees were courteous and kept the work environment clean. In fact, when the project was completed it was difficult to tell any work was ever done!
It is hard today to find anyone who has as much enthusiasm for their work as you do. That enthusiasm is evident in the end product. I am so happy we got to work together and will recommend you highly to anyone who asks.
Thanks again, we are enjoying the fruits of your labor.
January 1, 2012— Brady and Amy Broussard
My wife and I were introduced to Rick from a referral. After a couple meetings with him, we quickly discovered Rick is in an elite class of builders (even class of his own) given his attention to detail, wealth of experience and most unique a heart for those around him (homeowner, subs, suppliers and staff). As a result, our bidding process was short lived and quickly turned into how are we going to convince someone of Rick’s talent to take on our project.
Before drafting plans, my wife and I spent weekends driving around Baton Rouge, studying various homes for ideas to work into our own home. We ultimately were drawn to four homes that seemed to stand on their own or have that special feel every time we drove by them. During a meeting with Rick, I referenced a feature on one of the homes as an example of what the architect was attempting to capture in our plans. Rick quickly smiled, pulled out a picture and said “are you talking about this house” as it was one that he had constructed. Later that night, completely obsessed with the idea that we may have an opportunity to work with the builder who constructed one of our favorite homes, we went to the PCG website to see what other homes Rick had constructed. This reaffirmed we had truly met someone special as Rick constructed two (Highland Rd and University Club homes) of the four houses in Baton Rouge we’d come to admire.
For most individuals, building a home is a major investment of time, money and effort. I would not want anyone else responsible for managing such resources than Rick. Choosing Rick as your builder will be a very safe decision for all the following reasons and more:
Unsurpassed dreams. Rick’s passion for his profession motivates his team to work together to achieve a final product beyond ordinary standards. He controls the process well and manages details with the best of builders I’ve come to know over the years. During the drafting stage, my wife and I developed a schedule outlining room-by-room features we wanted to work into the new house. Some of the builders in the bidding process viewed this schedule as time consuming and difficult to manage high expectations. In contrast, Rick was genuinely excited about the details as he saw an opportunity to personalize the house to our dreams
Complete team. Rick’s energy and love for his work is contagious to all parties involved in the project. His network of suppliers and subs work with a common pride and ownership in their work. There is an unspoken expectation that all work must be done with utmost precision, and if not, then done again to Rick’s standard. From beginning to end, Rick is his own toughest critic. His high expectation not only delivers quality, but also makes for an efficient process as things are done correctly the first time
Fluid communication. Rick is always accessible and tailors his communication style to you (meeting in person, e-mail, cell phone, office phone…whatever works best for your personality and schedule). Soon after beginning the building process, my wife and I learned we were expecting a new baby. Throughout the pregnancy, we ran unpredictable hours and would e-mail Rick early in the morning and other times late at night. He was always timely and energetic in his response. I also vividly recall a Saturday morning brainstorming with my wife on the latest idea for the house. After finishing, we checked our e-mail before leaving to run errands and Rick had sent us a quick e-mail with a thought/detail about the same topic…we were always on the same page
Intangibles. Patient, integrity, strive for perfection, selfless, heart for others all describe Rick’s actions. In a couple moments of the building process, we almost laughed in disbelief as it was clear that Rick’s true motivation for his work is to enrich the lives of his crew and homeowner. Each client’s testimonial and amazement in their faces as they step into their new home are his real trophies. Having the chance to work with someone like this has left a lasting impression on me and my family
Results, result, results.
o Utility bill on home constructed by Rick is 25% less than our last home despite Rick’s home having almost 50% more sq ft
o Project completed on schedule while accommodating a pregnant family, juggling difficult weather, etc
o Project completed on tight budget. Rick’s initial budget was honest + he managed every area of the budget during construction as if we had signed a shared savings type agreement
o No material items noted for final punch list to move in + our “live in the house for six months” punch list continues to be immaterial
o Quality of the house has been equally complemented by friends, family and neighbors alike. We attended a neighborhood event the other day with the primary topic of discussion as what house and is yours and how was your building experience (relatively new neighborhood with several high end homes constructed). We could not have been more proud to share stories of how amazing the building experience is with Rick + the chance to see excitement it in people’s eyes when they realized which house was ours
Now that our house is completed, my wife and I better understand why Rick is the “coincidence” or common denominator behind the two houses around Baton Rouge we’d admired before we met Rick. In my opinion, there are few builders who can improve upon what’s been draw in plans or in some cases pull of what could not be expressed on paper. Nevertheless, Rick has an uncanny ability to turn homeowners’ thoughts and dreams into reality in the field. A good friend of mine made custom fireplace mantels for several high end builders in Baton Rouge. As one of the final subs on the project, he had a great “insider” testimony for what builders ended up delivering on initial promises to homeowners throughout the project. I assure you that Rick Vinyard and his team not only start strong, but even more importantly finish strong…the same great builder you meet in the first meeting will be there through the end.
In closing, if you chose to work with Rick, you will be amazed not only by the final product, but also just as special, the fond memories of the journey to get there. My wife and I to this day feel we are merely caretakers of someone else’s home that couldn’t be ours as Rick’s work is beyond our wildest dreams. It is with all hope that this testimony gives you a true glimpse of all that he and his team has done for our family.
June 25, 2011— Jim and Joette Taylor
Last week, we went on our first trip since moving into the new house ten weeks ago. We have to tell you that for the first time in our lives, we truly missed our home! For years, we have gotten away from home as much as our schedules would allow. It feels wonderful, though, to not dread coming back, now that we have such a beautiful house.
We simply cannot thank you enough for making our dream home a reality, and not only did you construct what we originally designed, but your gift for the “little things” also allowed for an ordinary home to become extraordinary. When you were first recommended to us, we were told that you had a gift for small details and perfection. We thought that those were good attributes for a contractor to have, but we didn’t realize at the time how truly important they would become to us. You made it clear from the very outset that you lived and died by your reputation, and that you understood that we were putting the biggest financial investment of our lives in the hands of a stranger. You were not a stranger for long, and we are proud to consider you a friend. We don’t throw words like “quality” and “integrity” around very often, but they are applicable in this case. Your reputation has been bolstered, at least in our estimation.
Of course, no plan ever unfolds with uniform smoothness, and your ability to deal with those financial and psychological bumps in the road is a skill set in and of itself. We had heard horror stories about the stress couples endure when they build a home, but we had (almost) none of that. Your leadership and guidance kept us on task and away from a lot of conflict that would have otherwise been a significant stressor.
In the end, one only has to look at the product to see what can be accomplished by a motivated professional who loves his work, and we would definitely recommend your company to anyone wishing to make their dream home a reality.
November 16, 2010— Kurtis & Karen Weston
It is a privilege to write this reference letter for Rick Vinyard. Our journey began with us meeting at his office. My husband Kurtis and I found him to be energetic, and knowledgeable. He eagerly drove us to a project he was working on at the time. It was an ICF project. Something I wish I could have afforded to build. We basically talked in general because at this first meeting our house plans had not been finalized with the draftsman. We were simply following the directions of the draftsman to seek out 3 preliminary bids just to get an idea of what the cost may be to build. We ended our meeting on a warm note. He told us to feel free to contact him with any questions we may have. I felt comfortable enough to email a few times after the meeting about ICF. Rick would promptly respond to my emails with a wealth of information and links. I can remember thinking to myself; I just need a house built. From the looks of pictures he’s shown us, I know I can’t afford a RICK house.
As time went on we actually found a different builder. He also was a nice man who was very eager to build our house. Because of certain circumstances we ended up not going with that builder. Almost a year or so after our first meeting, we sat down with Rick with finalized plans and began to seriously commit to bringing these plans to life.
What I discovered about Rick, is he’s passionate about his work and wanting it done to the highest quality. I wanted a house. Rick produced a HOME for us. His attention to details made everything come together. Whenever we called about a concern, either He or Ashlee would respond to our call in a timely manner. All of his workers and subs respect him highly, and carry on his philosophy of doing their best work and beyond for the homeowner at a fair price.
Rick was always professional and honest with us. If things did not go as it should, he never kept information from us nor did he try to cover it up. Since this was the first project of this nature we had ever undertaken, there were lots of things we didn’t know. Rick was an excellent source of referrals. These referrals made the building process go smooth. Even when we had a bump in the road here and there, the entire process was pleasant.
I could go on and on. To sum everything up, Rick takes pride in what he does. He operates with integrity. He is passionate about his work. He looks out for the best interest of the homeowner. He is knowledgeable about his field. He has a ready resource of referrals. Finally, what changed during the course of our home being built was it went from a house to a custom home. A wonderful, natural fit and Rick went from the status of builder and entered into a relationship of friend and brother. He didn’t just build or customize our quality home. He also built and customized a quality relationship.
April 15, 2010— Jacqueline M. Bares
I believe in the quality construction provided by the Precision Construction Group that I built not only one but two homes with them. I recently moved due to a work reassignment and once the time came to build there was no question as to who my builder would be. Rick was willing to travel for my project and even with the distance involved was able to provide a beautiful, high quality product. throughout the building process Rick was incredibly hands on and was very thorough in assuring that even the tiniest details were taken care of. The quality of work provided was evident to all who have viewed the house, including the area inspectors, which would frequently comment on the craftsmanship. Rick and all of his team are truly dedicated to keeping the client happy and stress free throughout the building process.
January 29, 2010— Bailey
I just want to thank you for doing such an awesome job on my home. I love it and so does everyone else that comes in. Most people only see the aesthetics of the place, but we know the guts of the home. When they ask what my utility bill runs, their mouths drop and I really feel like I may have to perform CPR.
I must say I wanted a few things in my home that are a little out of the ordinary. Most people didn’t even want to attempt it; much less knew what I was talking about. Rick never gave it a second thought. HE DID IT TO THE BEST OF HIS ABILITY, WHICH WAS ALWAYS TO PERFECTION. An example of a few of these things would be a radius steel staircase that is totally suspended, another being an infrared built in sauna.
My home is an energy efficient home, and it is expected to have an electric bill of less than 250 dollars per month. Well I have been in the home for approximately six months and my bill usually runs around 120 dollars per month. What makes people almost pass out about this is that it is an approximately 7000 square foot house. It amazes me as well.( I love it) Because it is constructed out of concrete and Styrofoam, it doesn’t change temperature very much, and of course I credit Rick’s persistence and desire for perfection from the ground up of this home for that.
On occasion I watch the television show MTV Cribs, nice homes but not nearly the details that mine has.
So if you happen to be looking for a contractor, Rick would definitely be my first choice; he was my only choice.
Just wanted to say thanks again Rickster!!
February 26, 2009— Susan & Danny Nelson
We spent our first night in the new house last night and we wanted to thank you again for helping to make our dream home a reality. Our whole experience from planning to construction with PCG was fantastic and we could not be more pleased with your ability to adapt to our somewhat non-traditional ideas as we watched our vision become a reality.
We had some challenges, particularly a major hurricane, but they were easily navigated by your crew and your approach to solving problems that created opportunities for us to have the best home possible. Every time we needed advice or presented you with a design challenge, we knew that you would be right there to deliver for us because you took personal ownership in our home as if it were your own.
You didn’t just build a house for us, you built our forever home where Danny and I will grow old together (God willing) and fill with many memories that are as unique to us as the details we envisioned and you delivered. Even when I couldn’t give you a picture of what I was imagining, you had this way of understanding what we wanted and helping us get there with high quality results that were within our budget. We are especially pleased with the light boxes in the kitchen as the glass guy whipped out his cell phone camera and said, “I’ve got to get a picture of this.”
Craftsman-period master Gustav Stickley wrote that, “to do any piece of work in its best way makes life better worth the living.” Our lives are certainly now better worth the living in our beautiful, unique, energy efficient and sustainable home that you made possible.
March 6, 2009— Kathy Leo
Now that we have come to the end of our professional journey, I want to thank you for making our ICF dream home a reality. As you know, from the beginning, we had very high hopes for PCG and had every expectation that our home would be nearly flawless, energy efficient, sturdy and, of course, beautiful. You did not disappoint!
I really appreciate all of your expertise that you lent during the design process that allowed us to accomplish some things with the house that at first seemed almost impossible. Your creative use of steel beams, in particular, allowed us to incorporate all the design elements we feel made our home truly unique without compromising on structural integrity.
During the construction process, we appreciated you being constantly available to address any concerns we had about the house. Your hands on approach, especially with helping me select windows, doors, stone, stucco, trim, etc. proved invaluable to a very pregnant me. This resulted in what I believe was the best possible product at the best price, installed by the most competent subs. Throughout the building process, I was often impressed with how friendly, talented and conscientious the subs were. They really seemed to take pride in their work, and I believe it shows in the final product. I must also commend you on your seeking input from the Energy Wise people. This effort has resulted in ridiculously low electric bills for the Leo family. Currently, our electric bills are less than the bills from our last house which is half the size of this house.
Your attention to the project even after we moved in is especially telling of your integrity and dedication. We were very impressed with how quickly and thoroughly you addressed the surprisingly small punch list items for our house. My advice to anyone else you build a house for would be to be careful about telling Rick anything that might bother you about the house, because by the time you wake up the next morning there will be someone there to fix it!
As you know, Rick, we feel you are a very unique builder. I don’t believe there is another builder in Louisiana who can match your enthusiasm, expertise and commitment to building a quality home. We are grateful that, over the past several years, we have found a friend in you and all the amazing people at Precision. We wish you great success in all your future endeavors, and would be happy to recommend you as a contractor for any future projects.
March 3, 2010— Joseph and Valdora Snedecor
Speaking on behalf of my wife and myself, I would like to thank Rick Vinyard and his construction group for the outstanding work which was performed on the building of my home in 2006.
While in search of a builder to build our home, we went to the Trade Show at the River Center of Baton Rouge, LA. Upon seeing his presentation we were very impressed, therefore we obtained his card and set up an interview with his group. We were very impressed with his professionalism while he viewed our blueprints. He was not the only contractor that we contacted to view our plans, but we felt that he was the best man for the job. He proved to be the best decision that we could have made. Not only were we pleased with his attentiveness to details, he used the latest materials such as zinc strips to help to prolong the life of our roof to build our home. During the construction, my wife was concerned with the placement of the kitchen appliances; Rick made a trip to the site just to assure her that everything was where she wanted them to be. I could go on and on about how helpful Rick was in the construction of our “dream home”. He built it as if he was going to live there himself.
Last, but not least, Rick and my family are still in contact with each other because we have become good friends. He was always there to observe the construction and make sure everything was absolutely perfect.
Sincerely yours,
July 24, 2006— Schwehm
Chris and I wanted to write to express how much we appreciate our beautiful new home. We are very happy that we selected you to be our builder – Since both Chris and I had worked with other builders before (one great builder and one terrible builder), we looked long and hard for the person who would be the best match for us – it must have been fate watching out for us that your name was suggested to us by our home designer. Every time we walk through someone else’s new home and see the lack of attention to detail, we are reminded that speed is often the goal for builders rather than quality. Thank goodness you are a quality builder! Every detail in our home was attended to, and you were always very responsive to our questions and requests for last minute revisions. Our wood floors look amazing, and we are glad that you insisted that they be refinished to get them “perfect.”
You are probably one of the most stubborn and determined people we have met, which really came in handy in the months after Hurricane Katrina. We are amazed by the way you were able to get our building materials, without suddenly raising all of our cost estimates – you had to be a very creative thinker and problem-solver to make this happen! Finally, we really felt like you listened and cared about our opinions, and that you had a clear understanding that we intend to live in our home for many years to come. Chris and I feel that we had excellent customer service from you and your subcontractors, especially after listening to friends who were building at the same time gripe about their builders being inaccessible. I know we have said this before, but if you ever need a professional reference, or if you need to bring a potential client over to the house to show off your work, please just call us. We would be glad to help you in any way that we can, because we believe in your business and your professional standards and ethics. There is no doubt that you will succeed, because you are so rare in your field!
Well it has been a very difficult and long 13 months for all involved on this project. I would like to start by saying that I could not have been more pleased with the quality and overall outcome of work that Precision did in building my residence. I believe that you are two quality individuals, your work is your bond, and I am very happy to have you as friends.— Kevin Ruesch
I feel that we started this project in the very worst of times, the months following Katrina. Help was scarce and at best undependable but through it all you persevered keeping cost in check and quality to acceptable standards.
It is because of your integrity, patience and knowledge that I would have no problem recommending you to anyone wanting to build a quality custom home. Dottie and I thank you very much and hope to work with you again.
I met Rick following Hurricane Rita in which I was acting as the Homeowner/Contractor of my proposed residence. I had been sent to work overtime in Lake Charles and was unable to dedicate the time needed to oversee a construction project. Rick agreed to take the job over and that basically saved the completion of my home. I may have been able to get it completed on my own but I know I wouldn’t have had the same quality craftsmanship. I was still able to have a great deal of involvement during the construction, but the worry of lining up contractors and ordering material was gone. All of the sub-contractors that contributed to the completion of my home were very skilled and provided a high quality product. So much, that when it came time for the final walk-thru, there was not much that I could find that needed touch-up work.— Jackie Kock
As my home began to take shape, it was obvious to me that I could not have made a better decision in choosing Precision Construction to build my home. My father is a builder in Lafayette and I have spent a great deal of time walking through custom homes as through the various stages of construction. The Precision Construction Group’s attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is second to none. I was so impressed with the finished product that I have since recommended Rick and Mike to several friends that are considering building a new home. Should I choose to build again there would be no need to shop around for a contractor as Precision Construction has already proved that they are the best in the business.
March 3, 2005— Marc & Marla Gibbens
What a pleasure it is to work with you and your company, The Precision Construction Group! Our experience has gone beyond our dreams and we are so thankful that we crossed paths with you that wonderful day last spring at the Home and Garden show.
As we proudly completed our plans for our new home Marc and I were met with much anxiety about who will build this home – Our Dream Home. We wanted so much for it to be perfect and we wanted to enjoy this wonderful opportunity. We needed someone that would take pride in his work.. Someone that cared about the project as much as we did.
Our hopes were high but The Precision Construction Group not only met our goals but exceeded them as well. From the moment we met you Rick we knew that you and your team needed to build our new home. Your passion and enthusiasm was contagious. As the project began your unmatched qualities of consistency, loyalty, honest, and integrity were none that we has experienced before in this business. Everyone who has worked on this home has gone beyond our expectations. The professionalism and talents are unbelievable. You and Mike have always answered our questions and concerns promptly and honestly. We could not imagine building this home without you.. The Precision Constructions Group has truly raised the bar in the construction industry and a new standard has now been set!
Thank you so much for making our experience a very pleasurable and memorable one. We are having a wonderful time! Our dream has become a reality thanks to The Precision Construction Group.
March 3, 2005— Kristen Burns
I just wanted to send you a quick note thanking you for the wonderful job you and your guys have done with our house in St. Andrews. AJ and his crew have done a phenomenal job on the framing. They were extremely easy to work with and talk to and often offered good advice when trying to work through items that weren’t detailed on the plans.
I also wanted to thank you for all the help you personally have provided along the way as we try to coordinate the rest of the building activities. The sub contractors you have referred have been professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. They have all spoken highly of you and how they really respect you in the trade. You have gone well above and beyond the basics for us and Tim and I greatly appreciate all that you’ve done.
I look forward to being able to celebrate the completion of our home with you! Please feel free to give out my name and number to anyone who is considering utilizing the services of your company. You definitely come highly recommended.

Rick,
This letter is written to express my complete satisfaction with the service precision construction group provided during the process of my remodel.
The services of PCG were provided in a professional manner, very fast turn around, and at a affordable price. I have received numerous complements and jaw dropping expressions due to the finished result. PCG delivered top notch quality and exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Rick Vinyard and thank him for the hard work he did to make a dream come true. Please feel free to call me directly if you would like any additional information regarding PCG relationship with me.

My experience with The Precision Construction Group Inc.,
Our story began over a year ago while searching for contractors to build
our addition on my parents house. I immediately knew there was something “different” about Rick and his Precision team. Something real, genuine, and heart felt. I could truly tell he admired our project not because it was “work”, but because it was about bringing two families together as one. It was about creating an atmosphere where my husband and I could care and support my parents in the years ahead.
We had the most wonderful experience with Rick’s team. He threw his full heart into our project and performed various tasks himself in order to help us save financially. This entire remodel happened in the short 6 month time frame he first mentioned; plus, we added an enormous scope of extra work in the process. Rick’s goal was to create my dream home; my goal was to have this “work for all”. He was so RIGHT. This home is perfect in every way; it’s more than I could have ever imagined and I am so proud to call it “mine”. His team operates with honor, dependability, and dedication. I felt every worker who came to contribute their share to this project, worked with amazing pride and passion.
Rick and his team have a definite admiration for their work. It shows daily; they truly fight for the client and weigh out every option before spending. Rick’s heart outweighs his body; his mind works overtime. I am honored to write a referral for him and his team. He is more than a contractor; he is a dear friend for life. My entire family feels blessed to have chosen PCG for our much adored dream HOME!
Let him work his magic in your life, too!

I first met Rick over 6 years ago while in Grand Isle. After Katrina, my wife and I decided to purchase a home in Baton Rouge for the place to go during a major storm. My wife and I have now been working with Rick at The Precision Construction Group over the last few years on various projects on our home. We have added a master suite, remodeled the interior, and added a large decorative retaining wall and iron fence and just recently, an outdoor kitchen with extensive landscaping. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Rick, his staff, and subcontractors. Rick, his staff, and his subcontractors have been very responsive to any changes and additions during the work and have always returned our calls promptly and addressed any concerns expeditiously…often before we can say something. All of our projects have been performed at the highest quality available. The master suite looks as if it has always been a part of the home and the outdoor kitchen and landscaping are exactly as we envisioned. Rick assisted us in all aspects of each project, from obtaining plans and getting approvals with the subdivision, to matching existing finishes. He certainly guided us with ease throughout each process. Rick has a true passion for construction and truly enjoys working with his clients…this shines through in his workmanship and attention to detail. We are obliged to write this letter of reference and look forward to working with Rick and PCG in the future…Hopefully a new home!!

We want to thank you for the awesome work you have done on various projects for us over the last several years. You are truly amazing. My husband and I have worked iwth several contractors over the years for both new construction and remodels and for commercial and residential projects. But, we always hesitated to start a new project because of the numerous problems we encountered working with other contractors. After meeting with you we felt so comfortable that you would provide us with a level of service that went above and beyond. And, that is exactly what you did.
None can compare to the work product of Precision Construction Group. You were very thorough, precise and have a strong work ethic. And, your cheerful attitude made it a pleasure to work with you on a daily basis. Not only did you take the time to listen to what we wanted, but you did whatever was necessary to please us. Your insight and ideas turned the finished product into something wonderful.
We cannot thank you enough and would take pleasure in recommending Precision Construction Group to anyone who is looking for a superb contractor for commercial or residential work.
February 9, 2010— Prestia
In the Fall of 2009, Precision Construction Group, Inc. completed a general refurbishment of the exterior of my home in Baton Rouge, LA. The workers were courteous and considerate and all work was performed in a timely, competent manner within the allocated budget.
I can readily recommend Rick Vinyard and his group of construction tradesmen for your residential or light commercial project.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my “new” home. The house I have lived in for 33 years finally looks the way I have always dreamed it could. Well, let’s be honest. I just knew the place needed a major overhaul! Although I had some general ideas of what I wanted, your wonderful creative mind provided most of the details. In fact, the finished product exceeds my expectations. You thought of things I had not even imagined. I am so glad I followed my instincts and trusted you without hesitation!
Your crew and all of the subcontractors who worked on the house did a phenomenal job and on schedule! I had heard horror stories about delays and problems that other homeowners had experienced with their contractors. Some actually laughed when I told them you said the work would be completed in 90 days. I just listened politely and thought, “Too bad they did not have the right contractor!”
I will not even try to name everyone who worked on the project because I do not want to leave out a single person. Please convey to all of the individuals who made my house look the way it does today just how pleased and thankful I am for the excellent job they did. Now, if I could just find the time to decorate!
Please let me know if you ever need to show the house to future clients. I would be more than happy to show it off. Thank you again for doing such a great job.
May 13, 2009— Janice DeLerno
Thank you for all your hard work and attention to detail in making sure that the new roof is first class. It looks beautiful, but more importantly, it is leak free. I can sleep at night without worrying about the grand piano getting ruined by water coming from the ceiling in the Great Room. It is a terrific feeling of freedom.
You once told me, Rick, that roofing wasn’t rocket science and that water runs down hill. Well, it is doing that quite nicely without finding places to seep into and the fact that the roof has ventilation is just an added bonus.
Your caring and professionalism is beyond what anyone could ask for. I will highly recommend you to anyone who is interested in your services.
Thank you again for everything you’ve done to make the Stockade an even more beautiful place. You two are awesome!
With kind regards,
April 3, 2007— Peggy McAndrew
This letter is to express to you, and to Mike, and to all of your crews, my profound THANK YOU for the great job your company accomplished on the above mentioned property.
There was extensive damage due to Hurricane Katrina, and the tree falling on the roof of the house, and your personnel performed the needed repairs, plus much more.
The subsequent buyer, Mr. Sanford, also expressed admiration for the quality of the work. Please mention to Dale and Shannon that he was impressed with the work done under the house.
It was a pleasure working with you on this project, and your kindness and cooperation will not be forgotten.
With best regards to everyone….
In March of 2004 Lynne and I purchased our Fairway residence, shortly thereafter we began the process of renovating the home. Once we got into the project, we quickly realized that some of the required renovations exceeded our level of expertise. That is when we consulted with Mike on the required renovations. Upon doing so, I quickly realized that he had the expertise to handle all the extensive repairs that were required to the home.— Les Griffon
We moved into our newly renovated home at the end of October and have been thoroughly satisfied with all his work. Mike possesses all the qualities that a potential client would desire in their contractor none being less important than honesty and integrity.
I would highly recommend using Mike and his company, Precision Construction Group, for any new home construction or renovation needs.
March 4, 2005— Roy Hebert
I am pleased to write this letter of reference for you. I have to admit that I did not look forward to the project that you undertook to complete for my wife and me. However, we are very pleased with the final product. As all renovation projects go, we ran into our fair share of the unexpected. You adapted and overcame every one. It seems like what we thought would be the toughest parts of the project were the easiest for you and your crew and what we expected to be routine was anything but routine, through no fault of yours.
Now that phase one of the project is substantially complete, we are looking forward to working with you on phase two.
Thanks for putting up with us, particularly me, during the construction period. I know the job turned out to be more than we all anticipated, but together we got it finished and are happy with the end product.
My wife and I purchased a 30 year old home in Highland Lakes Subdivision. We hired Precision Construction Group to help with an extensive remolding project. Rick Vinyard and his people have been great! They are very professional and were willing to work with us through numerous unanticipated issues which we encountered along the way. Perhaps the best recommendation I can give is that Rick keeps his word. Every problem we brought to his attention was corrected, even those we found after his invoices were paid and he had moved on to other projects. We love our new home and would highly recommend Rick Vinyard and the Precision Construction Group.— Scott Presley
